Introducing Navin Ventures: a useful beginning

Who we are, what we’re building, and why useful software is at the heart of our work.

Navin Ventures starts with a straightforward idea: software should be useful to the people who use it. A website should make information easier to find. A learning platform should make practice easier to begin. An app should give an idea a clear, usable shape.

This is the thinking behind our work, and the beginning of a place to share it.

A founder-led business

Navin Ventures is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Navin Gohite, based in India. We build and maintain mobile apps, websites, education platforms, admin dashboards and backend integrations.

Our work includes products of our own as well as software development and maintenance for clients. Both ask for the same care: understanding a need, making practical design decisions and continuing to improve the result.

What we are building

Our education products include UPSSSC PET and BIPARD CCT Mock Test. These independent preparation platforms focus on practice questions and mock tests. UPSSSC PET also includes previous-year questions and explanations.

We are also working on Doloveit, a dating and social mobile app, and TETMock, a teacher eligibility exam-preparation platform. Both are in development. We will share more when there is something ready to show.

Why build our own products?

A product is more than its first release. It has interfaces to refine, systems to maintain and decisions to revisit. Working on our own software keeps those responsibilities close to the way we think about development.

That perspective also informs client work. A clear business website, a mobile app or an internal dashboard each needs a practical understanding of its audience and purpose. The details differ; the need for usable, dependable software remains.

What to expect from Insights

This journal is a place for ideas, lessons and updates from the work. Future articles can explore product design, engineering decisions, the process of building Navin Ventures and updates from our products.

We want these notes to be specific and useful: the reasoning behind an interface, the tradeoffs in an implementation, or a small lesson worth carrying into the next project.

For now, you can explore our products, read about our services, or learn more about Navin Ventures. Thanks for being here at the beginning.
